TurnosPR has allowed us to strengthen our student services by providing students with a technological solution for enrolment, counselling, scholarships and payments by combining face-to-face appointments with virtual and telephone appointments.

We have been using the TurnosPR system since August 2019. The shift system has allowed us to better integrate and coordinate our services between our different offices and departments within the same Institution. It also provides us with the ability to analyze the performance of our functions to see how we can improve.
