You acknowledge and agree that neither Turnos Media LLC, nor WWW.TURNOSPR.COM assumes no obligation or liability whatsoever in connection with the subject products and services and that any obligation relating thereto is the sole responsibility of the respective SUPPLIERS.

The respective SUPPLIER performs the provision of the service or sale of the product in its own name and on its own account to the User, so Turnos Media LLC and WWW.TURNOSPR.COM not liable to the User or any third party for breach of obligations of the SUPPLIER.

The Application was created for the latest commercially available version of the Users' mobile device operating systems and compatibility issues may arise when using older versions. Wireless network coverage and Wi-Fi network speed vary by carrier and geographic location. Turnos Media LLC and WWW.TURNOSPR.COM is not responsible for the limitations and/or malfunctions of any wireless or W-FI service used to access this Application or for the security of the wireless or W-Fi services. Likewise, it is not responsible for charges or fees for use of data networks, which are the sole responsibility of the User.

Illegal activities:

No act, whether through software or otherwise, is permitted to interfere with the activities and operations of Turnos Media LLC and WWW.TURNOSPR.COM or its offerings, descriptions, accounts or databases.

Warning to the User:

Turnos Media LLC and WWW.TURNOSPR.COM reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without having to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without giving the User any right to compensation or indemnification.

If the User violates any of the Terms and Conditions, he/she shall be liable for any criminal and civil actions that may be applicable.
