The User may only use such content on a personal mobile device and for non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution or use of the Content without prior written permission from Turnos Media LLC is prohibited. Infringement of intellectual property rights will result in the exclusion of the User from the Application.
3. Intellectual Property

The Application facilitates the efficient management of appointments and service shifts for private companies and government entities, among other sectors. Turnos Media LLC reserves the right to refuse any registration request or terminate the access of a User who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
16. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and any applicable federal regulations. Any dispute shall be resolved before the Superior Courts of Puerto Rico or the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico, and the User waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to it.
